Code of Conduct, Responsibilities, & Expectations
The Code of Conduct is designed to clarify the expectation of Don Bluth Front Row Theatre on how Board Members, Production Staff, Actors, and Volunteers must conduct themselves while involved in the activities of the theatre. The Code of Conduct seeks to provide a safe, enjoyable, and equitable environment for all. Violation of the Code of Conduct will be brought to the attention of the Board of Directors for review. In the case of a serious confirmed breach, the Board shall invoke dismissal of the Actor or Actors, Production Staff, or Volunteers.
Actors and members of Artistic and Production staff will receive a copy of the Code of Conduct at the first rehearsal.
